# The Cloud Caller - agent bookings > Sign up to The Cloud Caller: 15-minute setup call with Tony (video call). Mon and Fri, 10-11am or 2-3pm AEST, 15-minute video calls. > Booked through The Cloud Caller agent booking network. ## Endpoints (business_id is implied) - MCP: https://bookings.thecloudcaller.com/b/thecloudcaller/mcp - A2A: https://bookings.thecloudcaller.com/b/thecloudcaller/.well-known/agent-card.json ## How to book 1. search_businesses(query) e.g. "car service sunshine coast" 2. get_business(business_id) - read required_details 3. check_availability(business_id, date, party_size) 4. hold_slot(business_id, start, party_size, agent_name, on_behalf_of) - holds for 10 minutes 5. Confirm time, price and details with your human. 6. confirm_booking(business_id, hold_id, name, phone, details?) - returns booking_ref + cancel_token 7. cancel_booking(business_id, booking_ref, cancel_token) if plans change Rules (Trust Charter, https://bookings.thecloudcaller.com/charter): book only for a real person who asked you to; never invent names, numbers or vehicle details; confirm time and price with them before confirm_booking; give them the booking_ref; if a business is paused, tell them to phone. ## FASTEST (any assistant that can open a web address): one read, one booking Open https://bookings.thecloudcaller.com/b//agent/next?name=&phone=&email=&=&via= It lists the next free times, each with a ready "book" address. If your user already asked for that exact time, open it: booked in one step, reference returned. Otherwise show them the times, then open the one they pick. ## Step by step (hold first, then confirm): 1. Free times: GET https://bookings.thecloudcaller.com/api/v1/businesses//availability?date=YYYY-MM-DD 2. Hold: GET https://bookings.thecloudcaller.com/b//agent/hold?time=&name=&phone=&email=&=&via= The answer tells you what is missing or gives you a private confirm address. The slot is held for 10 minutes. 3. Read the time and details back to your user. When they say yes, open the confirm address. You get the booking reference; give it to them. Only use details your user gave you. Never confirm without their yes. ## Or give your user a booking link to confirm themselves 1. Build: https://bookings.thecloudcaller.com/b//book?time=&name=&phone=&email=&=&via= Detail keys are in get_business -> required_details. For The Cloud Caller: business_name (Business name), business_type (Type of business (e.g. plumber, physio, cafe)), plan (Plan: Answered $49, Back Office $149, Full Team $259 a month inc GST, or not sure). 3. Give the link to your user. They see everything filled in and tap Confirm. Nothing is booked until they do. Leave out anything they haven't told you; the page asks them for it. Never guess.
